Custom & Personalized Orders

Because many of our products are custom-made, all sales of personalized and custom merchandise are final.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Custom Embroidery

• Heat Transfer & DTF Printed Apparel

• Personalized Clothing & Accessories

• Custom Logos, Names & Designs

• Special Orders & Made-to-Order Products

We cannot accept returns or exchanges on custom merchandise due to incorrect sizing, customer-approved designs, changes of mind, or customer-provided errors.

Defective or Incorrect Items

We stand behind the quality of our work. If your order arrives with a mistake caused by our team, please contact us.

After reviewing the issue, we may offer one of the following resolutions:

• A replacement or reprint of the affected item.

• A partial refund or discount.

• Another appropriate resolution based on the circumstances.

All concerns must be reported within 30 days of purchase, and photographs of the issue may be required.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns or exchanges for:

• Custom-made or personalized merchandise without a verified defect.

• Items that have been worn, washed, altered, or used.

• Products damaged due to improper care or handling.

• Items missing original packaging or components for reasons unrelated to our error.

• Merchandise that differs from customer expectations but matches the approved design or order specifications.

Partial Refunds

In certain circumstances, partial refunds may be granted at our discretion. These situations will be reviewed individually based on the product's condition, the nature of the issue, and the circumstances surrounding the order.
